Your order, after successfully placed on our website, will need to go through verification process to make sure your provided payment/contact/delivery info is correct.

We will update you via email and SMS once your item is shipped out. Lead time to receive your item is clearly stated on its product page, during checkout, and on order placement success page.

Items from different sellers that are ordered at the same time may arrive in separate shipment.

You can look up your city/province in the lists below to know whether it is classified as Metro, Non Metro, or Remote areas.

On the specific page of a product you want to purchase, please enter your Postal Code and click “CHECK”. You will see your estimated delivery date appearing right below the postal code box.

Our courier service is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we can not guarantee delivery of your order for a specific time or date.

Yet you can rest assured we are working closely with our service partners to allow us to better serve you in the future.

Regenerasia does not have this option available at this time.
Once the item has been shipped from our sellers, you will receive your product with 1-5 business days 1-5 depending on your location. For more information please see here.

Although an order may have multiple items, we have consolidated the tracking numbers once available for your ease of tracking.

We apologize that we are unable to give you an exact date and time of delivery. You may track your order with the Order Tracking Tool www.lazada.co.th/order-tracking. Usually the delivery time for your Order depends on the seller(s) you have ordered from. You will receive the order within 2 – 4 workings days if you have ordered from a Local seller and may vary from 10 – 25 working days if you have ordered from an overseas seller. You will receive email notifications for all orders from our system keeping you informed of the status of the order.
Unfortunately our delivery partners are unable to guarantee a call before the delivery. Some couriers may call you before attempting delivery or when they arrive at the delivery address. If you are not available at the time of your delivery attempt the courier partner will try to re-deliver to you at another time.
Items from the same order may arrive separately if they are from different sellers.
You can contact our customer service center to canel the delivery of incoming orders.

You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.

You can also contact our customer service at www.lazada.co.th/contact immediately after purchasing to inform us. The third party should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorization from you.

Regenerasia can deliver to all domestic areas.

We work in partnership with 3 big logistic companies: Kerry, CJ, and TNT; and also have our own delivery team to serve our customer best.

International shipment is not available at Regenerasia at the moment.

Regenerasia will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.

In case you want to change your delivery address afterward, please send us your inquiry at www.lazada.co.th/contact, we will help you to change the address and also send you a confirmation once done.

Regenerasia doesn’t offer this option for now.
