Exchange or Replacement
Once we have received your item, we will evaluate your return and keep you updated on the result. This evaluation process may last up to 7 working days.
Once your return is accepted, a replacement order will be initiated right away. You can expect to receive a new order confirmation email with your new order number for your replacement item within the next day on which we update you on the result.
The delivery time will be in accordance with the information displayed on the product page.
